Aloha! I am back from an amazing trip in Maui. How I love the amazing weather, the slow paced mornings walking to the beachside knowing that there is nothing to do but soak in some rays. I enjoyed watching passerbyers - the glow of their sunkissed skin proving that they too have been here for some time, enjoying the same sentiments of bliss as I.
Coming home is aways, I find, a bitter sweet feeling. Its always tough leaving a relaxing holiday and back to the everyday hustle and bustle.
However, I find myself today quite excited and eager to meld back into my daily routine and the knowing that I have a goal to work towards.
WBFF BC Championships June 23rd! Although I did my best on my trip to keep "clean" and regimented, there is nothing like the stablity and familiarity of home to keep me on "track".
Follow me in the next 20 weeks as I venture to the stage with the most amazing team ... Team

I often get asked questions like "What exactly does it mean to be a Fitness Model?"..."how do you keep motivated to compete and stay healthy being a mom taking care of two young kids?"... "how did you get your body back after pregnancy?... "I'd love to compete but I dont know where to start"..
I am absolutely humbled by my all these questions ~ that I am able to inspire women (and men) to start by even asking me these questions! I believe these questions are a fantastic start to making steps towards your personal goal(s)...
